1. Data controller

2. Data collected
Only what you enter in the contact form: first name, last name, email, phone number (optional), type of class requested, days and times that suit you, message. The language of the page (French or English) is also sent.
3. Purpose and legal basis
This data is used to answer your request, to send you an email confirming receipt and, where relevant, to get back to you when a time slot matching your availability opens up. This processing is based on your request (pre-contractual measures). Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
4. Recipients and service providers
Only Anne (Piksel SARL-S) has access to your messages. Two providers are involved technically, within the European Union:
— Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which sends the emails linked to the form;
— OVH SAS (France), which hosts the website and the mailbox.
5. Retention period
Your messages are kept for 3 years from the last contact, then deleted. Like any website, the hosting provider records technical logs (IP address, pages visited) to keep the site secure and working properly; they are kept for a limited time.
6. External services loaded by the pages
To display the studio map, the page loads map tiles from OpenFreeMap (OpenStreetMap data). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These services receive your IP address, which is needed to display them, but do not set cookies. WhatsApp links only open the WhatsApp service if you click on them.
7. Cookies
This website does not use any tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. That is why no consent banner is shown.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to hello@pilateswithanne.lu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority (CNPD), www.cnpd.lu.
